How do I find a database?

Click on the Databases link on the University Libraries homepage or button on the Find Items page to search our A-Z Databases list.

You can browse alphabetically or search by title or keyword, subject, type or vendor.

You can also use Library Search to find a database:

  1. Go to wmich.edu/library.
  2. Type database name or keyword in Library Search field.
  3. Select "Everything" filter radio button below search field.
  4. Press enter or click Search button.
  5. Click "Databases" filter name under Resource Type in filter menu or select checkbox next to "Databases" and then click Apply Filters button at bottom of screen.
  6. Click "Online" link below the database in search results.
  7. Click resource link next to "Resource available at". If you are off campus, you will be prompted to enter your Bronco NetID and password. Off-campus access is only available to WMU students, faculty and staff.
