Online resources

All currently-enrolled students, faculty and staff with a valid Bronco NetID can use our online resources while off campus. You may be asked to sign in with your BNID and password.

If you encounter a problem:

• Disable your pop-up blocker
• Check firewalls to allow http://libproxy.library.wmich.edu
• Allow for outgoing connections for ports: 80, 444, 2443, 2048
• Activate javaScript
• Clear your Internet cache
• Enable cookies

If none of the methods above fix the problem, please contact us (see Contact Us box on this page) or report the error.

Physical materials

Most physical items can be shipped to Western students, faculty and staff who reside outside the Kalamazoo and Portage areas. Visit Borrow from WMU Libraries for instructions on how to have items shipped to you.

Home delivery for library users residing in the Kalamazoo, Portage and campus areas is not available, but items can be put on hold for pickup at Waldo Library.
