Answer

If you have the call number to a book, you will need a few other pieces of information to help you locate the book in the University Libraries.

First, you need the book location.  You can find this in the catalog right by the call number.  It will tell you which library it is in and which collection it is in. (It could be in Reference for example, or in General Stacks.)

If the book is in Waldo Library, you will want to know which floor it is on.

You can see where specific call numbers are located on each floor by looking at the floor plans of Waldo Library. We also have floor plans for branch libraries: Archives, Education Library, and the Music and Dance Library.
