First of all, printed electronics is an extremely cross-disciplinary field combining printing, electrical engineering, and chemical engineering.  In addition to searching our Library Search catalog, for books on this subject, you may want to consider also searching the following keywords, all of which relate to this topic.  The following list gives you a sense of the breadth of this topic:
